A blog (which is short for web log) is a website where entries are written in chronological order and commonly displayed in reverse chronological order. "Blog" can also be used as a verb, meaning to maintain or add content to a blog.
As of September 2007, blog search engine Technorati was tracking more than 106 million blogs. Amazing, huh?
The definition of trailing is:
Trailing (verb)-
- To allow to drag or stream behind…
- To follow behind: several cruisers trailed by an escorting destroyer.
- To lag behind (an opponent):
Trailing (noun)-
1.)
- A marked or beaten path, as through woods or wilderness.
- An overland route: the pioneers' trail across the prairies.
- A mark, trace, course, or path left by a moving body.
2.) Something that is drawn along or follows behind; a train: The mayor was followed by a trail of reporters.
3.) A succession of things that come afterward or are left behind: left a trail of broken promises.
4.) Something that hangs loose and long: Trails of ticker tape floated down from office windows.
5.) The act of trailing.
